Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO
addresses.

What shipping costs

Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 on every order, no matter how much you buy.
Orders of $45 or more ship free, automatically. You don't need a code.

Priority shipping is $12.95 if you need it faster. It usually arrives in 2 to 3
business days and includes tracking and insurance. Orders of $75 or more get
priority shipping free.

How fast it ships

We pack and ship orders within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or
holidays go out the next business day.

Once it's on its way, standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days to
arrive, depending on how far you are from Arizona, where we ship from.

Those are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees. Weather and holiday volume
can add a day or two.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't
arrived and the tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us and we'll
sort it out.

Holiday delivery

We'll post this year's order-by dates for Christmas delivery once the carriers
publish theirs, usually in October. If you're ordering as a gift and you're
close to the wire, choose priority shipping and email us so we can prioritize
your pack.

If something goes wrong

Lost in transit, arrived damaged, or never showed up? Email
support@visualizesports.com and we'll replace it or refund you. You don't need
to fight with the carrier. That's our job.

Wrong address

If you catch an address mistake, email us right away. If it hasn't shipped yet
we'll fix it. If it has, we'll help you chase it, but we can't guarantee
recovery once a package is out for delivery to a wrong address.
